At the VGAs on Saturday night it was NHL 10 taking the “Best Team Sports Game” and UFC 2009 Undisputed taking “Best Individual Sports Game”. That represents the second straight win for NHL and a win for UFC in its debut year.

With UFC 2010 Undisputed releasing on May 25th I would expect EA Sports MMA to take advantage of that and release first. Early April would be a comfortable landing spot.

Rarely do I come across an article as ridiculous as this one. Amusing read just for how ill-conceived it is. The author believes that EA Sports may want MMA to fail so that Strikeforce would back out of the licensing agreement therefore somehow opening it up for EA to get the UFC license.

Some additional info is starting to come out for Madden Ultimate Team. The free downloadable add-on for Madden 10 should be out in January. It sounds as though it will be tough to compete with people who just pay money for cards unfortunately. IGN has a hands-on preview here.

I can't discount that possibility but I would be really surprised. The game has been in development for quite a long time already. Putting it in September conflicts with FIFA and in between Madden and NBA Live. Too many games in a month and a half period.

MAN UFC was the most over-rated game of all time, right in front of Madden 10. The fighters never aged man how can you make that big of an oversight!! I had fun playing both games, but neither were the classics people make them out to be

I was excited about MUT but now not so much, Madden card tokens were pretty easy to come across but playin 15 games thats outrageous!!! EA is gonna have to lower the coin cost or raise the amount of coins you get in a game. & as far as paying for cards thats just tacky!!! Come on EA stop with the greed we're in a fucking recession!!!!

Yea thats a dumb conspiracy. The author must not know Dana White very well. EA is on his bad side after they turned UFC down years ago. He is banning fighters from the ufc that show up in the EA title so obviously a future deal with ea is out of the questions and i really dont think Dana cares how much money he could make. Or maybe he plays Madden and see' s the piss poor job they do year in and year out and that alone would keep him from ea.
