I wonder if it's the fact that I place it on a stand, with plenty of airflow, and a fan attached to the back of it...HMMMMMM...Maybe people need to take lessons on how to take care of electronics. Have you ever blown out the dust that collects on the inside of the 360? How about cleaning the lens? How about not letting things fall on it, or it getting knocked over.
