Another Set of Exclusive MLB 10 Screens

Over the course of the week I have been releasing screenshots exclusive to the site for MLB 10: The Show. Already 17 had gone up and now I’ve added six more. All of them can be viewed either in the gallery or by continuing on. As always leave your thoughts in the comments and check back for more screens which will be posted before the weekend is up!

Wow, can these screenshots get any blurrier? How many more development cycles will it take to get rid of that “just woke up and haven't put on my glasses feel” yet? Looking at these pic's is like watching a game on the rooftop of a building 2 blocks away while drunk while MLB 2K is like watching a game being directly on the field. They need to lower the dull pastels and develop sharper colors. As for the commentary I know they haven't really address that aspect of the game so I guess people can expect the same ol' rehash from the last 5 years with an added sentence or two. This development team really dropped the ball of this year's version. I would suggest taking off 2-3 years to work on the nuances of the game that MLB 2K has mapped down.

Do you remember last year, Bob ? MLB 2K was so bad last year, that honestly, there was times I was playing MLB 2K9 and felt sorry for 2K Sports and the development team. That's not a joke. I seriously felt sorry for them sometimes. That's how clueless they are when it comes to making a major league baseball simulation.

Any word on whether SCEA fixed the CPU lineup issues from last year where into a single player season the lineups would be screwy (i.e. Ortiz leading off, etc.)?

What do ya know? Bob is still a dick. It is pretty obvious at this point that bob is getting paid by 2K for writing this crap. But that's what you have to do I guess when your game sucks so bad. Don't feel guilted into buying a shitty game like 2K by douche bag bob.The Show is everything 2K wishes it was. Period. And by the way, 2K's screens are way shitty and photo shopped beyond belief.

Bob either:

1) lacks common sense
2) works for 2K and is trying to brain-wash us
3) or is saying stupid things just to get a rise out of us

So being a big fan of The Show, let me list the short list of things you could really find wrong with this game in its current form (besides maybe a very uncommon bug or glitch here and there, of which there are very FEW):

1) player models – shoulders look really big, short arms, etc
2) old-fashioned commentary – yes it's basically the same as years past, but the devs spend their time on more important things like gameplay and graphics, maybe next year they will include something innovative
3) the way the ball leaves the pitchers hands kind of looks funny (at least in the vids we've seen so far), sometimes it kind of 'jumps'
4) some stadiums aren't completely up-to-date with LED video boards, etc. (understandable since they don't always have time during every dev cycle to get to everything)

So there Bob, you can shut up now because there is not one more thing you can harp on with The Show. Also, saying anything bad about the graphics simply means you are blind.
