NBA 2K11 My Player Adds Endorsements

Continuing with the My Player mode related announcements for NBA 2K11 this week is the addition of endorsements. So far this week 2K Sports has revealed press conferences and signature shoes and now comes the endorsements. “Become a star in My Player mode and you’ll get sponsorships from iconic brands. What sponsor would you most like to have? Jordan Brand? Gatorade? Sprite? 2K Sports???”

As I alluded to yesterday I think this particular aspect of off-the-court development being brought in can potentially take the mode to the next level. Again though it has to be engaging and dynamic. Other games have had career modes that have attempted these things unsuccessfully. What do you think about the addition of endorsements to My Player?

They have added more and more features to this game (which was already good) and now they might just put ELITE right out of business. Someone would have to be dumber than a fuckin rock (Daley) to go with ELITE over 2K this year.

I don’t think any of this really matters much to me. I just want the game to play smoother as a whole. I want to be able to save my rosters and game settings prior to going online like it should be. I want the dribbling especially to be a lot easier as well as post moves. As well i don’t want 98% of the people online to force every shot they take under the basket and abuse the game as they have for years. I want defense to matter again.

Well i been playen NBA 2k games for a long time sents 2k1. And thay came a long way sents then. 2k11 i cant wait to get my player mode going i thank thats the best thing about it.Plus everbody likes sumthing new.And having your own NBA player in the game with your name and were you form is so great.Hope yall like what i had to say cause i dont do this! its an overall great game. the endorsement part of my player is great, i have a billboard and magazine cover, and it has told me that i could get signature shoes. but from wat ive seen, u can only do a plus 8 mid range and u cant change the design or anything, has anyone designed their shoes yet?
