First NBA 2K17 Park After Dark event to feature Snoop Dogg as live DJ

Announced prior to release of NBA 2K17, but not referred to since then by 2K Sports, the company today revealed details on the first ‘Park After Dark’ event. Transforming MyPark into something more akin to a club environment, the mode will bring in special guest DJs and open up new activities during specified limited-time windows during the months ahead.

The first Park After Dark will be headlined by Snoop Dogg who’ll perform a live DJ set. The event is scheduled for Saturday, November 26 at 9PM on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. In addition to the standard 3v3 and 2v2 ways of playing MyPark, for a few hours there will also be 3pt competitions and slam dunk contests to take part in.
