Didn’t the falcons lose points in the last update, after the end of the regular season? And if so, what are these new decreases based on?

  2. Mike on January 30th, 2008 3:40 pm Quote

Wow, the Pack got a huge ratings boost! Finally some love for Atari Bigby; the kid is going to hurt someone with those huge hits.

dockery rated better than corey webster ? disd these ea mod’s see the playoffs webster held strong against gallaway, owens and driver….omg he should now be at least a 82

  4. Da Birthday Boy on January 30th, 2008 4:00 pm Quote

So EA decides last update to change a few players ratings up and down, now after many hours of meeting they go back through the players they forgot and you have update #7

  5. chronic on January 30th, 2008 4:25 pm Quote

    these updates suck

Sorry, EA, but most of the update is pointless.

Alex Smith goes from 81 to 80? Um, great.

This is Super Bowl week. How about releasing the University of Phoenix Stadium decked out with the Super Bowl XLII logo plastered everywhere, Patriots and Giants end zones, and a few other surprises?

The point system is archaic. It should be phased out.

    Happy Super Bowl Week!

Woodson played very well. Harris played well all season. He was left alone on a island with Burress and couldn’t get it done.

Even as a Vikings fan, how can you agree with Pat Williams getting upgraded? He is a slob that plays about 60% of the defensive snaps. By the end of the third quater he is to tired to even be a factor anymore. The only way I agree with this update would be if they lowed his stamina to about a 45.

Bigby makes 5 hits all year and he gets a near 10 point boost to an 86? LaRon Landry is not only a harder hitter than Bigby but had 2 Ints in his one playof game. He is only an 85.

i agree, madden is biased to teams that have been good in the past few years. like favre’s ratings. 98 throw power. and 94 accuracy. I agree he had a good season but wtf. and cromartie is only an 89. quentin jammer is a 90 and he had one pick.

People are cheating me out of wins with the pause glitch. And as for Kiwanuka and Lawson, they are young first round picks, and just like how the stats of young guys with high potential go up in the game, so do these players despite being on the IR.

I do agree with the fact that EA is biased towards the teams that have been good for the past couple of years, and I swear that EA must hate the Browns, you guys finally updated a few of their players but, you didnt upgrade as a whole, the one biggest improvement that was made to the team, THE OFFENSIVE LINE. The O-Line was the biggest improvement for the Browns, and really made a big difference in teams success.
