08 Baseball Coverage Wrap-Up

The main period of coverage for MLB 2K8 and MLB 08: The Show is coming to a close. There will continue to be content featuring these games as well as the Online Baseball Nights, but now that they have been out for about a week the impressions side is pretty much complete.

Again, sweet job with your extensive coverage. I enjoy reading the comments left by readers and the passion that each person has in regards to sports video games.

I’ve been coming to your site every day since they released information about 2k8. The one thing I noticed here and not anywhere else is that everyone is very happy with your work and no one gets flamed. I’m very impressed. You give great coverage and as you can see the people really appreciate it.
One last thing I would like to add. I recently purchased another PS3 just to play The Show.
One small tid-bit that I noticed during season play is that the out of town scoreboards are accurate.
I am using the Tigers and noticed that the out of town scoreboards reflect the actual games. Again, I just thought that this was a cool detail.
Hey Pasta I just read an article about MLB 2K8 and it said that twice in franchise mode you weren’t able to play past a certain date. Do you know when or if 2K is planning to come out with a patch to fix this along with the framrate issues?
