Here are the latest NFL players to have changed teams and what they’ll look like in their new uniforms using Madden 08. I’ve just transferred them over and given them their current numbers. For the previous screens check out the offseason screens tag page.

In this update you’ll find Javon Walker on the Raiders, Julius Jones and TJ Duckett on the Seahawks, Dan Morgan on the Saints, Alge Crumpler on the Titans, and Brian Kelly on the Lions. Click the thumbnails below to view them full size.

wow, its going to be an interesting year for the Seahawks! A power back and a speed back…..i think this will work out well. Plus Jones can catch balls out of the backfield. I will miss Shaun!! Wont be the same without him.

yeah I was surprised by the Jones signing. But they got him for pretty good value (3 mil a year).

I think they probably don’t feel that Jonathan Stewart or Rashard Mendenhall will fall to the 25th pick. So now maybe they can use that or the 2nd rounder on a guy like Felix Jones or Chris Johnson that maybe they don’t feel are polished enough to carry the team in a year where they’re trying to go all out and do anything to win the Super Bowl.

I’m sure Alexander will be cut. They’ll probably try to trade him but I doubt anyone will give up even a late rounder since they’ll then have to take on that contract of his.

Mo Morris is in the last year of his contract. So now you have Jones/Duckett & probably a rookie for years to come and don’t have to worry about the position too much.

I think that Morris could be a solid #1 back if he was given the chance. The O-line is improved so the running game should be much better then last years. I still think that the Seahawks should be a passing team though.

The first two picks should be used on the D-Line and a TE.

Felix Jones will probably go in the 1st round..Possibly to Dallas with their second pick in round 1.

If you think Duckett is a powerback you have never seen him play. I hope you enjoy your season when you watch Mr. Tippy Toe tippy toe his way to the line and get blown up. Trust me it’s not fun to watch a 250 lbs man run around like a cartoon elephant that just saw a mouse.

If you look at Jones play then you would know he is overvauled at 3 cents a year, let alone 3 million.

Well I think this is what the seahawks are thinking. They signed Duckett to be the power back even though some say he is soft but with the Hawks struggles last year with both Shaun and Maurice(Even though Mo has been pretty good everytime he gets PT and is capable of starting on a team) getting the short yards I think thats what they were addressing with that signing.

With the Signing of Julius Jones I think they want him to carry the majority of the load…And cut Shaun Alexander. One of my favorite Seattle players out of any sport ever he just does not have it anymore but was one of the best in his prime. Also I have heard the Hawks are shopping Morris and ALexander through trade first to see if they can get anything before cutting them.

Also I think they have signed these RB’s because they are probably wanting to take a Running Back later in the draft anywhere between 2-4 rounds.I think they definitley want to draft Fred Davis the TE from USC in the first round or another TE that they may like more. This RB class is so deep the Hawks probably figure there are other positions they need to fill with early picks.

Was just curious if anyone knew the answer to this one…

Will EA continue to put out roster updates to encompass all of the recent roster changes in free agency (and the draft once it happens for that matter)? I’d love to see how the new look Jets stack up.

The cowboys need to make some more moves.

No, all transactions are considered as the 09 season now. The 08 season ended with the Super Bowl. So the previous roster update is the final one.
