McArthur Court wins vote for free March Madness download

The voting has been tallied and Oregon’s McArthur Court has come out on top and will be the free downloadable arena offered for March Madness 08. It beat out the arenas of Virginia, USC, Georgia Tech, Arkansas, and Purdue.

An ETA on when to expect the court has not been given but it seems likely to come this week along with other content. While nothing has been announced regarding the return of the Bracket Pack I think that’s a good bet this week as well considering how well it was received last year. If the same situation occurs it would arrive on Tuesday but if not then surely they’d be looking to get it out sometime prior to the start of the tournament on Thursday.

Oregon the team that went 18-13 and somehow got in the tournament. Just Great.

Sad that a next-gen game even needs to have a vote to see which arenas make the game….

What is worse is that Arizona at 19-14 got in. The Pac 10 is overrated…

not really…time wise they’ll never be able to have all the arenas in but they work to get as many as possible. Theres so many college teams and then new ones or renovations every year. It’s pretty cool that they’d offer one that they would’ve been adding next year right now.

Yeah it is. I look forward to seeing Arizona and Oregon lose in the first round.

Agree, but you’d think they’d nail the major conferences, at the very least.
