    The initial reveal of improvements for Madden NFL 16 largely lacked substance outside of receiver-defender interactions. That was an area of the game desperate for attention but on its own hasn't been enough to inspire greater anticipation towards the game.     EA Sports today released a second set of screenshots from Madden NFL 16. These images follow several that were released along with the teaser trailer and the initial feature reveal. The new screens keep with the theme of receiver-defender interactions which appears to be the primary gameplay-related focus this year. Check them all out in the FB album for Madden 16.     It may not be a new feature or mode for Madden NFL 16 that lifts potential enjoyment of the game the most but rather the effect of rules change. Today at the NFL owner's meeting a new rule was passed related to the most boring play in football - that being the point after touchdown. Not only will it greatly benefit NFL games but the video game that represents the league will also become more fun due to the ramifications of the change.  (more…)...
