  • PlayStation App Out on iOS and Android

    Sony today released the official PlayStation app - grab it now through iTunes for iOS devices or Google Play for Android. The app will turn phones and tablets into second screens for the PlayStation 4 that will communicate with the console in a similar fashion to that of SmartGlass on the Xbox 360 and One. It also provides access to PS4 friends lists and trophies, acts as a remote control, becomes a keyboard for typing messages, and can even be used to watch the streaming gameplay of others....

    In addition to the console versions released today NBA 2K14 has also arrived for iOS devices (download from iTunes here) for $8. That is the same price NBA 2K13 released at on mobile to generally poor reviews while other companies have instead been trending towards the free-to-play model.     Today not only brought the console release of FIFA 14 but also versions for iOS (download through iTunes) and Android (download through Google Play) devices.     The mobile version of Madden NFL 25 that came out in late August on iOS has now arrived for Android devices and can be downloaded through Google Play.
