FNR4 Demo Footage
With the FNR4 demo now available to those who preordered through Gamestop there are a bunch of new videos making their way out. So far it seems as if the impressions of the game are mixed from those who have played the demo and the comments made from watching the footage. From my short time having played the game it is graphically and technically impressive and certainly seemed fun but the issues being noted appear to be justified.
I went through and located a few of the demo videos that ...
FNR4 Demo Out Tomorrow
The demo for Fight Night Round 4, which features the Manny Pacquiao vs Ricky Hatton match-up, will be out on the 360 and PS3 tomorrow. Unfortunately it will only be available to those who have preordered and received a special download code from Gamestop. There are a limited amount of codes that are being provided to those who preordered the game in a store or online.
This is a practice that I am not in favor of and it is a shame that EA is taking that route. It is one thing to provide in...
Feedback Leads to Taylor Fix
While graphically Fight Night Round 4 appears to be one of the best sports titles this generation there were some comments made after initial screenshots of the actual boxer representations. One specifically that was at the forefront of discussion was that of Jermain Taylor. Basically he looked overweight and out of shape.
In response to that the FNR4 developers have adjusted Taylor's model based on the feedback from the community. Continue on to see a before and after comparison.

More Boxers For FNR4
Released two weeks ago the Heavyweight roster for Fight Night Round 4 was received with some level of disappointment. Big dollar requirements to sign each individual is likely the reason for that, so other weight classes may be more fleshed out. IGN has posted screenshots of five more boxers that will be in the game. You can check out those screens here.
Included are Roy Jones Jr, Sergio Mora, Kelly Pavlik, Vinny Paz, and Jermain Taylor. Some of them were already known but Pavlik and Paz ...
The Physics of FNR4
EA Sports has released a new trailer for Fight Night Round 4 that focuses on the new physics engine. Some of the aspects specifically displayed in the video include inside fighting, punching through blocks, and glancing blows. These are all things that people have been hoping for and from what I've seen of the game at the very least appear to be natural and fluid.
This video seems to have piqued some interest in FNR4 again after it seemed for a while like UFC had taken command. Continue o...
FNR4 Heavyweight Roster Revealed
IGN has released the roster of heavyweights that will be included in Fight Night Round 4. The seven fighters will be Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, Eddie Chambers, George Foreman, Joe Frazier, Lennox Lewis, and James Toney. Head on over to see screenshots of each one.
Apparently though there is one heavyweight being kept secret. Any guesses as to who that could be? These are obviously some big names but after seeing that UFC roster it feels a little underwhelming....
