    FIFA 18 can now be downloaded as a timed trial with EA Access on Xbox One and through Origin Access on PC. Subscribers will get 10 hours of playtime with the trial. The timer is ticking down whenever the game is loaded regardless of whether it is being played, menus are being navigated through, or if there is any activity taking place at all.     EA Sports has today released a demo for FIFA 18 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.     The Journey story mode, played by over 12 million people last year, naturally received a strong push for its sequel in FIFA 18 earlier at EA Play and it's getting another now. A large cast of soccer greats cameo or play larger roles as Alex Hunter experiences the challenges that now come with being a star.   • Four new stadiums added for FIFA 18

    Four stadiums will make their debut in FIFA 18, taking the number in the game to 50 licensed out of 79 total. The new ones are the LA Galaxy's StubHub Center (also featured in Madden NFL 18), Atletico Madrid's new home Wanda Metropolitano, and those for promoted Premier Club teams Huddersfield Town (Kirklees Stadium) and Brighton (Amex Stadium).  (more…)...

    Back at EA Play the second season of The Journey story mode with FIFA 18 was teased in a trailer along with a first look at gameplay improvements. With the immense popularity of the The Journey in FIFA 17 - over 12 million people played at least a portion of it - there's little surprise that it would be one of the biggest selling points for the upcoming edition in the series.     Much of the conversation around the FIFA for Nintendo Switch that will release in September has centered on what will be missing from the product. It won't be on the Frostbite engine and it won't have The Journey story mode.
