EA Sports Facing Tough Decision on Tiger
Over a week ago I wrote my first take on the Tiger Woods situation. At the time it was basically just about infidelity and suspicious circumstances surrounding a car accident. Sponsors were sticking by him and public opinion, while down, was still in support of him as a sports figure. That all has spiraled down since with news that has worsened on a daily basis significantly changing perception. The Line Drive 12/13
At the VGAs on Saturday night it was NHL 10 taking the "Best Team Sports Game" and UFC 2009 Undisputed taking "Best Individual Sports Game". That represents the second straight win for NHL and a win for UFC in its debut year. With UFC 2010 Undisputed releasing on May 25th I would expect EA Sports MMA to take advantage of that and release first. Early April would be a comfortable landing spot. The Worst Games of 2009
Now that December has arrived and all of the sports titles have been released there will be articles featured throughout the remainder month that look back on the games and big stories of the year. Before starting the countdown on the top 10 games of 2009 the worst has to be cleared out. Last year those were fringe titles FIFA Street 3 and Facebreaker.
