Hopefully Nick Swardson gets his own.

I just hope all the funny parts aren't already in the previews like all other comedies nowadays.

well if Knocked Up and 40yrov was any indication I seriously doubt that. Oh and with Seth Rogan going out of his way to mention how dirty this movie is I'm sure there are things they can't even show in the preview :D

Shit's hilarious.
The A.V. Club: How does it feel to be on the precipice of movie stardom?
Michael Cera: We could be on the precipice of failure. [Laughs.] Unspeakable failure.

I don't know. I really enjoyed Bill Hader as the cop.
"We will shoot you."
"Prepare to get fucked by the long cock of the law."
"We assume you all have guns and crack."
"I'm sorry I cockblocked you, McLovin."

I know I was wrong to have unrealistic expectations, I know from experience its not a good idea because it totally ruins the movie so......
The fact that Superbad SURPASED them makes it that much sweeter OMG I knew Rogan GM and Co. could do it. I nearly had a comedic orgasm. My god I just want to go to the top of my roof and scream McLOVIN!!!!!!!!
BME you need to find me a good quality screener of this movie cuz I dont want to wast $300 seeing this movie 50 times in the theater :D
^^ damn dude you need to relax.
Saw this last night. Was damn funny and worth the money.
If only Paul Rudd was the other cop with Rogan.
i agree. this movie was missing Paul Rudd and or David Koechner making an appearance

I've been wanting to see this for awhile, but of course as always, whenever I want to do something on the weekend, I get stuck working 5p-12:30a on Fri/Sat/Sun and my whole day/evening is shot.

LMAO...that was one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. I saw it today at 8:55 and the movuie theateer was packed.
Spoiler
The funniest part of the movie is when the kid talks about how he used to draw dicks when he was younger. I don't think I've laughed as hard as I did since I watched Old School for the first time.
This movie was great.
I haven't laughed so hard in a movie in awhile.

The scene where Michael Cera sings 'These Eyes', is classic.

Did anybody else feel as if the middle of the movie was missing the firepower the beginning/ending had?
It seemed like after the liquor store scene it really settled down. Not as many laughs.
Don't get me wrong, I loved the movie and like many of you, can't remember the last time I laughed that hard, I just don't remember laughing that much in the middle.
_______________
I think my favorite scene was when Jonah kept making the gestures during class.

It seems like most people feel that way, although I don't, really.
After the Liquor Store...
- Seth got hit by the car
- The creepy dude driving the car was hilarious "So, you guys on Myspace?"
- Period girl (who was from Undeclared)
- McLovin and the bar scene
- These Eyes
I don't know exactly when "the end" started, but I think I laughed equally tyhroughout the whole movie.
The movie was funny overall but i think its being overhyped. its not the funniest movie i've ever seen, its just another funny movie to me. Its not the type of movie that will come to mind righ away when I think of comedies i love. 40 Year old Virgin had that feeling, this one didn't. It was pretty funny, but i think its being overhyped here.
I agree with Fred...after reading what everyone here said I was expecting something amazing. It was a funny movie, but not something that I would call one of the funniest movies I've ever seen

Yea i went to see it tonight and thought it was really funny, but not that much greater then other movies. It had me laughing a lot but I guess I expected it to blow me out of the water with laughter so that could be part of it. The first half of the movie definately was better then the second half, but I still enjoyed it.
