Madden kickoff competition results thread

Post all results in this thread. Only games beginning after Noon ET / 9am PT on Tuesday the 14th will be accepted. This will run though 8pm ET / 5pm PT on Sunday.

Games must be played against a fellow registered pastapadre forum member and they must be 5 minute quarters. All results should be posted here soon after the games go final by the winner. For more details on the competition read this thread (http://pastapadre.com/forum/showthread.php?t=120).

Please keep track of your own record. If there is a dispute as to who has the most net wins or most games played based off of keeping track of your own records, at the end of the event we'll go through this thread and manually verify the numbers.

Please include the forum name and score for both the winning and the losing player as well as your current record following the game.

I did but the offensive line gave up 9 sacks so pretty much i could only complete short passes with him.

GG. Shouldn't have been close, I had so many opportunities to score but Quinn threw 2 INTs, got sacked and time ran out in the first half in the redzone and I had a chance to win in the last seconds but couldnt complete a damn pass. I hate the Browns QB's they are so bad.

damn, lost SA and Brian Russell in the game. Lost Shaun in the first quarter, which hurt me since I run about 75% of the time. So I put in Seneca to help my running game, and that is when I was able to put up my 10. It kept Neum on his toes a bit, but turnovers killed me.

GG Neum, this will be the one time San Fran beats Seattle this season. :)

Our qb play sucked, we had a total of 9 picks combined. It felt it happened when we were driving. J Lewis blew me up for over 175 rusing yards. Warner threw 4 picks, with a 52 percent completion rating. Brady Quinn had 1 TD and 5 picks with like a 30 percent passing rating. Hopefully this isn't signs to come for Brady lol. LV you got to give me credit, you took the lead back with like 3 and a half minutes remaining, and Warner had a good drive. The D was solid on both teams. Except my run d.

I got a TD catch with Winslow with 25 seconds left to force overtime. In overtime Winslow goes up for the catch and would've probably been gone...but he drops it, so much of a drop the gunshot sound went off on the TV but it went off his hands to the turf. On his possession in overtime, he ran a great play action and got it to Witten for the touchdown, but it called back because his lineman held. The insuing playing Sean Jones picks off an errant throw by Romo and takes it back to the 2 and Dawson kicked the game winning field goal on the next play. Great game.

That holding play on the Witten TD pass sure did hurt. I thought the game was over with right there, but nope.. Gurode flagged for holding.
