The name going off the player

Is there anyway to keep the name from going off of the player after like a few seconds. I lose my concentration some, because i'm used to using that to tell what player i'm controling. Also, are you guys getting a little bit of slowdown online. It's not terrible, but been kinda stuttering some.

I noticed the name going off the player to and it is a little hard to tell where you are at.
