Hopefully this corrects all the disconnects/lag that people are having

Early indications (people at MM) are in...and they are saying the game now plays lag free and they couldn't tell a difference between online and offline. I'm not a home right now, but if thats true, mad props to EA.

I didn't have any problems before this, which is strange because on NCAA I couldn't even get past the first quarter. All my games had a slight lag, but by now I'm used to it so I wasn't complaining.

Good news: Load times into the team select screen and into the games are considerably faster. The games felt smooth with no sense of lag.

Bad news: I disconnected at kickoff or soon after in all four attempts. That means 14 straight disconnects.

So just like last night I've moved back on to The BIGS.

lol if only it was that simple. It wouldn't explain why I was able to play these same people on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Only to hit release day on Tuesday and all of the sudden it doesnt work. I'm still reading reports from a lot of people who are coming across disconnect problems as well.

I had a ton of lag before yesterday but absolutely none last night (all of my games - 4 Tuesday, 2 last night - were against the same guy so I think it set a pretty good benchmark).

yay the streak is broken! The 16 consecutive disconnects comes to an end as I played a random guy ranked and it went the distance. I won 21-17 and had maybe the best pass of my Madden career. Too bad there aren't saved replays from online games :(

i really havent had much lag except one game, but the random guy i was facing was lagging too so we friendly quit. only played like 5 games so far though

Well I played a few games. The lag was definitely much better. But I did get disconnected twice trying to play VMachine. Not sure why as the only other time I've been disconnected was trying to play Pasta.

At what point in the games were you disconnected?

The first game I forget, I think it was sometime late 1st/early 2nd quarter. The second game was the first play of the second drive.
