Big PS3 exclusive revealing next month?

A new PlayStation-exclusive title is to be revealed next month, according to a back-page teaser in the Dutch Official PlayStation Magazine.

The magazine is apparently under a strict embargo, and so refrained from giving away any details whatsoever as to what the game might be. It's probably already said to much to be honest...

According to internet translations (http://ps3.qj.net/Dutch-OPM-new-PS3-exclusive-game-from-LA-studio-incoming/pg/49/aid/127696), it's a PlayStation-only title, and the team is flying to LA to see it at the studio ahead of its preview in the next issue.

As noted, SCE Santa Monica and Naughty Dog are in that part of the world, so that gives something for speculators to hold onto. We're waiting on word back from Sony, although we're guessing it'll be keeping hush for now.

wonder what it could be. most of the "big" titles are already exclusive or on both consoles.

Hmm new Jak & Daxter game perhaps...or maybe Twisted Metal that Jaffe has been hinting at for awhile.

Still though if its coming from that side of the woods I'm placing my bets on an old franchise getting the Ps3 treatment. Based on the fact they have already introduced new stuff to the system and probably wanna bring something from the Ps2 days for the fans.

Kinda like how people were so hyped about a Goldeneye or Killer Instinct remake on the 360.

Hmm didn't know you had one, let alone would play the damn thing. Even still I stand by my guesses, but I wouldn't mind a FFVII remake. The original was decent, not as great a people make it out to be, but atleast I could play that one without being bored to death.

Another mention... how about the L.A Noire game that was mentioned early in the Ps3 development.

And if that is the game, then they can expect to damn near catch up to the 360's world numbers with Japan's sales alone.

LA Noire would be interesting though. I wondered what happened to that one.
