Yea, the Online Franchise is really watered down compared to the Offline Franchise..but EA says that they will be improving the Online Franchise by adding new features in future updates...coming in the next few weeks:)

I doubt someone will take Cardinals..so you can just play your game against the CPU (Cardinals) if you want too...

On another note, I just lost 34-17 against the Jaguars...It sucks not being able to adjust the Sliders. I threw 5 interceptions with Peyton Manning..lol:)..because it seemed like every tipped pass I had was an interception. The Jaguars got 2 Pick-sixes on me...Hopefully EA comes out with an update for Online Franchise that allows us to adjust the sliders...

Hey I had to create the Online Franchise again because I entered 8 minute quarters, instead of 9. Also, I had to switch teams to the Browns. So I had so scrap the previous one. Sorry pbates and antec for deleting that franchise because I think you already played your games. Here is the new Franchise Name and Password...

No, we won't have to restart...when I change the quarter length to 10 minutes, the changes will take affect in Week 2.

We aren't going to get realistic stats unless we're able to run 60 plays / game.....

6:00 PM Central Standard Time...or earlier if everyone gets done. Also, if any of you guys are playing another user team in Week 1, then make sure you contact your opponent and figure out a time to play your game before Tuesday Night.

What's everybody else's opinions on quarter length? PBates86 - do you have any idea how many plays you average on 11 min quarters (15 sec runoff)?

Either way, 10 or 11 is definitely better than 9. I think 11 is going to be more realistic, but games will be longer. Just depends on whether most our owners have enough time for 11 minute games. Think I'd prefer 11....

My first game lasted nearly an hour. I guess this depends on playing style for each person. I realize the stats probably werent quite there, but in terms of actual time I would say that an hour and some change is probably reasonable.
