Unfortunately there was never a waiting list,only a thread to sign up which never turned over to a waiting list. As I see it, and no offense to you or anyone who wants to throw their names in, Pasta will more than likely choose someone who he's either familiar with already, or someone who is referred to the league by someone who's a regular.

The waiting list will work as follows. Any time an opening comes arises I will post about it in the forum. After a few hours or up through the end of that day there will be the opportunity to express interest in the thread. If one of those people is from the list original signups below they will be chosen. If not I will look at various factors in making the decision.

Then how come the recent Steeler/Raven trade they released there players and signed them?

I would simply trade three of my guys for one of his and then in another trade send the last two players on my end for the last player on his.
