Does anyone watch this series on Showtime? I just finished watching season 1 on dvd. Really impressed with it. One of my new favorite shows.

i watched all of season 1 when it was on demand, I liked it too. It was much different then the typical crime schows which was really cool. Do you know when the next season starts?

I keep getting nagged by a buddy of mine to watch it. Just got too many shows going on right now, but I'll start watching and catch up-to-date at some point soon.

Yea with it being on dvd you could netflix it and take it to work. You'll be hooked.

So I got all caught up with this on Netflix (don't have SHO) and the new season is coming out and I can't wait.

I watched one and didnt get in to it...I shouldnt go off my first views though because I watched The Office, Friday Night Lights, and Weeds all for a couple of episodes and was not feeling them that much but I forced myself to watch a few more of each and they are my favorite shows now.

I've been watching it whenever I get the chance OnDemand these past few weeks. I'm midway through Season 2 and absolutely loving it.

I'm gettin' ready to watch this on the PS3. I saved it to my old 60GB that I converted into an external.

BTW, you can only watch DIVX on the PS3. :D

Show is great. Have you guys read any of the books? I'm half way through the first one and it's pretty good. At first I didn't notice a lot of differences but the more I read the more it gets different.

My favorite show of all time - just edges out Oz of the top spot. Michael C Hall is amazing. Can't wait for the new season. Every year we order ShoTime just for Dexter, and then promptly cancel it when the show ends because the channel sucks ass otherwise.

Killa - the book is GREAT. I only read the first one but loved it. It is really the same as the show until towards the end - and then it's really different.

Season One is my favorite so far, although the end of season 2 was freaking awesome. Season 3 we start to see the show try and find it's own identity, apart from the books - which seems a little off at times, but still better than your average show.

Haven't been able to watch anything but season 1, but we just got Showtime so I'm planning on getting through the rest on demand soon. Absolutely loved season 1, so I'm excited to get into the rest of the series.

I read the first two books (Darkly Dreaming Dexter and Dearly Devoted Dexter) three or four years ago and I absolutely loved them. I heard the third, Dexter in the Dark, sucked big time (supernatural crap and stuff), so I haven't read that one yet. The fourth comes out on September 8th and I'm planning on picking it up.

Wow, did anyone else watch the season premiere? Let's just say it leaves you on a crazy cliffhanger. I hope the next ep is released soon.

It's funny because like I said, I don't have SHO and my friend who lives across the hall has it and asks us to come by and watch Nurse Jackie and/or Weeds and I'm like "Oh, I saw it already."

NinjaVideo always gets the SHO shows a week earlier or more.

And as far as the books, I have every one of them on my phone, haven't read them yet.
