The last thing I wanna come off as in this league (since I am new to all of you besides Details I believe) is a cheeser. After the acquisition of Michael Vick I just want to make sure that doesn't happen. Even with Vick I will still be playing pass first, run second, but I just want to get word from Pasta or anyone really if there are certain things I shouldn't do with Vick? Only scramble so many times, etc? just curious. Last thing I am is a cheeser, but I do wanna take full advantage of Vick's abilities.

As long as it isn't 20 rush attempts a game, I think you should be fine. Obviously Vick is fast, but he doesn't out-attempt his running game.

From looking at his real life stats -- 5-8 attempts from him a game would be his average. He sometimes went over, but considering 11 min quarters with acc, I'd say 5-8 is the safer average to stick around.

Same thing with me and VY. You will see realistic play (but less crappy)lol. I have Carson Palmer..this is just insurance I can live with.

No specific rules. I think this year its pretty balanced. Run too much with Vick and you'll end up with a fumble or two and fatigued. The only thing I personally have a problem with when it comes to game style is taking advantage of exploits. If the D isn't spying Vick I wouldn't expect you not to run if the opportunity is there just to avoid the appearance of "cheesing"

I have probably never used a scrambling QB for any extended period in my madden career. Run with the Packers most of the time (favorite team) so it has always been Favre or A-Rod for me. Just always hated Eli Manning in real life, ever since he cried his way to the Giants, and was intrigued to see how I could do with Vick if i could acquire him. I did, along with a great young rookie in Crabtree. This is all an experiment this year. 13 games left to see if this works, if not, I cut my losses next season and move on with a pocket passer that I am used to :D
