So..Me and JRC865 (Steelers) are playing a hell of a AFC North matchup like I knew we would. I was down 28 to 14inthe 3rd qtr at one point(In comes the newest Bengal VY to stretch a Steelers D out that wasn't giving an inch) He commands 2 scoring drives. Tied game going into the 4th qtr.
Rothelisberger charges the Steelers down the field for a drive that would end with a FG around 5 mins left. Bengals get the ball back and Cedric Benson breaks a big run to put the Bengals up 35 to 31 with about 3mins left. Big Ben again drives the Steelers...with a Huge pass on the sideline to Holmes I think putting them at the 1. 3 plays later the Steelers go up 38 to 35. About :43 left and VY leads the Bengals down the field once again with a pass to Chatman with about 9 seconds left.

So I am pushing (select) which on the Xbox 360 controller is supposedly supposed to call a timeout right? Nope. Presentation animations gone wild. So I then push the START button (which on the 360 controller) SHOULD pause the game right?Wrong again. So EA Buttfucks me out of a possible tie game and OT contest. All this could have been solved by me making a Defensive stop but I sure hope that you alls games don't come down to you HAVING a Timeout and NOT being able to use it or pause the game.
SO...ifthis DOES Happen to you. You should probably push start(which onthe 360 Controller) SHOULD pausethe game. You should try pressing that with about 8 minutes to go in the game. Then maybe by the time you need it; it will pause the game with seconds left.
