I think it might be coming soon for the Raiders, imo, Al Davis steps down or dies soon and passes the team off to John Madden. If Madden can revive anything of what he had in the 70s they have a chance to rebuild as he might be able to change the culture. This is of course speculation but i do find it possible seeming as Al Davis is getting really sick and at the same time Madden retires and starts taking on responsibility with the Raiders behind the scenes. Also Madden has some sort of ownership, not sure how big or small, but he does, of the Raiders.

agreed but if my Lions can make the playoffs and stafford has amazing stats...QBs r more vauled the RBs and I have a much worse team talent wise so i think the edge would go to Stafford :)
