Active owner who will get his games in and is easy to get in contact with and no cheese player. So if we get an open spot, heres a new owner already.

I would rather get rid of someone that does not play their games rather than someone who gets their games in and is not active. Better to have people who play the games than someone that is active, but cannot ever play.

I have sent Radie and the Jets owner messages about trades as well with no reply. If your not interested in making a trade the least you could do is send the other person back a message indicating this. I have been sent trade proposals I didn't want to do and I sent a message back, it takes a minute or two of your time, and I feel it is the least you could do out of respect to the other team and this league. This is a great league and Radie is a good commish, I pretty much agree with what Nawcor, Dom and others have been posting about innactive team members. I have a two year old son, a wife, a two week old new born son, work two jobs and I can find the time to post on here and get my games in with no problems so everyone should be able to, just my opinion, thanks!!

Trying to stay positive while having a losing season and I am one of the owners looking to get in a second league because of the downtime in this one. I am enjoying this league just certain things need to be straightened out.

Happening to be on XBL and getting caught online isnt really active in my book. You shouldn't have to sit on XBL and wait for another to come online to play a game. If that was the case we should have all just joined one of the other million or so random leagues in OF. People need to be on the forums checking schedules and PM's at the VERY least.

Its cool man, I sent you another message on the 8th stating that I had changed the players I was interested in and listed some of the players you might be interested in their ages and their overall numbers. No doubt man. At the very least I wanted to just respond that it isnt that I was not paying attention to your trade request, but that after everything else that demands attention on a weekly basis, I don't always get to take the time to sit down and consider trades.

I think as long as we stick to our Sunday Wednesday plan from this point on, we are still in a solid position. It is understandable that once in a blue moon, a game wont get played. Missing out on that game is shitty, but when you have a league with 32 people and you are trying to advance twice a week, shit's gonna be difficult sometimes.

We have guys here who are married, have kids, have careers, hobbies, school, etc...dont forget that. Have fun boys! For alot of us, this is our only break from real life :)

I will not participate in the unnecessary banter you, Mcnabb and Jnesses post all the time. I post on what I need to post on. I have played every game so far, except against the Vikings, because he refused to play.

I am a co-commisioner here to help around the forums. I clean up threads and get rid of useless topics and posts. I do my part in this league. Its not like I can advance weeks, kick people out, accept trades within teams or anything that Radie can do. I do what I was put in charge of and that is all I need to do. I read every post in every thread, that doesn't mean that I have to post to every single thread though.

I would also like to bring back the banana, because I feel that he has played an important role. :bananadance: I hope to join you guys, because I know the frustration of not being able to find your opponent or owners never returning or even having the common sense to keep in touch with everyone to an update on their situation. I however pledge not to do that to you all. I believe if you are willing to join an online franchise, that you already committed yourself and should not be wasting others time. Although we have already had a few games into this season, I feel it is still important to bring in dedicated owners to the league and wash out those who are futile to work with and their apathy to the league.
