So aside from the MNFL league i'm also in a local league I just joined this year that at first seemed very fun. Live draft, kegger, good people. Problem is these bastards are veto fucking crazy. So far the following trades have been axed:

Boldin for Slaton & Felix Jones (Week 1)

B Marshall & Larry Johnson for G Jennings (my trade, Jennings owner was starting D Ward and J Jones)

I don't know why I bother but I worked out another trade this morning that i'm sure is getting the axe:

D Sproles & L Johnson for Marion Barber (I would be getting Barber here)


I've already posted on our message boards that a truce is in order if there is any hope of anyone trading in this league because if my latest trade gets the axe i'm jumping on the hater badwagon. My question is are these trades veto worthy?

My brother is a Bronco fan and was telling my all offseason he would return to form. In the local league I picked him high (4th round) before the whole suspension thing and in our league he was just to valuable to pass up in the 8th round.

Another day another veto, fuck me. I've already rallied the troops in switching from league vote to commish only veto. Already got 10 of 12 owners to agree on switch which is ironic considering it takes 7 of 12 owners to veto..... lol

Was able to gather enough support to change the veto process from league vote to commish only. Now if anyone wants to veto they must do so out in the open.

With that said my original B Marshall & LJ for Jennings trade was accepted again. :ninja:
