Damn thing looks like it went out. Kept freezing, then no power. I'll have a new one by Saturday.......

Did you completely unhook everything from it (including the HDD) and let it sit 5 minutes? This could at least get it working again, but it still might red ring in the near future.

I didnt Red rings of death(RROD). First, it kept freezing, then, absolutely no power at all. I did try hard resets. I even called XBox, and they told me a few things to do....nothing! dead!!
