I have a question about the Smart QB/Defender weapon; in an online game, when you use the feature to read the play, will your opponent know you used it? IE: his play-art shows up on the screen, or the bulb that fills up darkens again. I think it would be dumb to let your opponent know you used it, because you could just audible out of it, which still gives you a slight advantage but not as great as just knowing the play art.

Yea, that would be lame if your opponet knew that you used it. Hopefully thats not the case though.

The only way I could think that he would notice would be that the lightbulb is no longer full after you use it. But I would imagine that it wouldn't go empty til the next play so he wouldn't know you used it til the play after.

That's my guess anyway.

I'd hope that if your opponent audibled out of it, you could view the audibled play

I don't believe so, I remember hearing in a video that you only get to view it once.

Nah actually it doesn't matter what your opponent does to the play, you'll still be able to see it.

How many plays does it normally take to be able to read it, say they use like 3 plays, will like after a quarter your light bulb just fill up automatically like after 1 play.

Read the article, he talks about it in there. I don't remember exactly what it was.

You can't tell your opponent is using it in online games. I really liked the added element of the smart weapons in the games I played.

Yea, I'm really lookin forward too it. I was just glad the Niners were able to get one smart player with Walt Harris lol.

That's another thing about the Pats too. Not only do they have Moss and Brady as a smart weapon on offense, but they have like 4 smart weapons on D. My buddy is a Pats fan, so I'll be sure to get a heavy dose of them lol.

Does anybody else think Ray Lewis should be a smart defender, after all he is the leader/captain of the defense?

From the list that I saw he wasn't, the list was of all the players that are weapons and what their weapons are for each team.

smart qbs i believe could be the downfall of cheesers, its funny cuz some people just run the same plays over and over - i believe one of the best weapons in the game

I like it, as it actually is realistic, Peyton Manning will know what is coming at him almost every down, along with many others. However I do think it should come with a 90% accuracy or something to make it a little more realistic seeing as nobody is perfect.
