To start things off, I'd like to share a nice vid of the BYU v. Utah game from 2006. It shows off the talent of Miami's 2nd round pick, John Beck.

After watching Beck's touch on some of his passes, I'm liking this pick more and more.

I'm actually pumped for tonight's game against Jax. Trent Green will play the entire 1st half. Because of Marty Booker's injury, Ted Ginn, Jr. will be starting along side of Chris Chambers. John Beck will probably play most (if not all) the 4th quarter.

Let's go FINS!!

John Beck made some poor decisions, but that Cobb dude was a beast.

Trent Green and and the 1st team offense was freakin horrible!!! Beck looked pretty good (when he wasn't fumbling the ball, that is). Cobb and Chatman were nice.

The 1st team offense has me worried, though.

looks like trent green is a better pick up for the afc east than the dolphins, just kidding hes just gotta brush off some dust is all. lol

ok ok let the chad hatin commense, but ill tell all you that chad is one of the smartest qbs in the nfl, and i feel intelligence is often overlooked by ability but you dont always have to have the strongest arm to win games, id rather have chad pennington than rex grossman. ohhh btw, look for chad to be calling plays this year, in camp mangini 2 hes been lettin chad run drives and from what ive heard from randy lange and many reporters. definitely not as talented as P Manning, but lets see if he can be a successful signal caller like Manning

When ever the pats play Miami we have a tough game, especially in MIA. I look forward to the pats/fins games this year. with MIA's new pick ups, and a coach that actualy wants to be there, it should be good football to watch............with the pats winning of coarse:D

So... What are you guys thinking about the upcoming season.. The offense seems to lack rhythm, but the defense looks to be solid.. What's going on with that rookie from Tennessee a couple years ago.. The safety.. Allen or something..

We have a really tough schedule this year. Most of the South Florida media thinks the Dolphins will win about 6 or 7 games. I'm leaning toward 7 or 8. I'm not worried about the defense, but the offense is another story. The offense really depends on how well the offensive line holds up for Trent Green.

Jason Allen has been moved to CB. We did nothing as a safety. I have no idea how good he'll be as a cornerback. We shall see.
