Day Three:
Arms and Shoulders
This workout is pretty hard if you don't have numerous dumbbells or have a gym that you can go to since it essentially is all using the weights. It is pretty much an intense lifting workout with no bench press or anything though. However, my arms were completely fatigued by the end of this workout. Day One:
Ab Ripper X-
Did all of the required workouts and the required reps except for the one with the fist touches on side to side (last exercise). I only did 15 of those. I am looking forward to the x stretch and yoga x so I can get my flexibility back bc my legs don't bend straight.
Plyometrics-
Should not have done this day one. If someone not committed did this exercise first, they would've quit in 10 minutes. Intense isn't...
