NBA Live 10 Patch Release Plans
NBA Live 10's lead gameplay designer Mike Wang has mentioned plans for the first patch on Twitter. The patch is slated to release the first week of November. In order to meet that timetable it will probably be submitted for certification by the end of next week.

After the release of the first patch for Madden 10 it was discovered that a few problems had come out of it. I've received numerous emails regarding some specific oddities being seen however have yet to see anything along those lines myself. The main issue that was immediately noticeable was the changing of numbers located on the back of a couple team's helmets to blank squares.

The first patch for Madden 10 has now gone live for both the 360 and PS3. Details on what this patch addresses are below. A second patch taking even more community feedback into consideration is currently in the works.
Added Super Bowl and Playoff field conditions in Online Franchise
Fixed false start griefing issue with online games

The details of the first patch for Madden 10 are now out thanks to a FAQ video posted by Ian Cummings on the Inside EA Blog. The patch is currently in certification and could be out as early as next week. The second patch which will be more concentrated on gameplay feedback is currently in the works.

FNR4 Patch Problems
Last week the first patch and downloadable content for Fight Night Round 4 made its way out on the 360 and was expected out today for the PS3. However issues have arisen with it on the 360 and Sony has rejected the update in certification.

Patches for FNR4 and UFC 2009 Now Out
Both Fight Night Round 4 and UFC 2009 Undisputed have received their first patches for the 360. The PS3 will be seeing those same patches arrive in the near future.
