New MLB 10: The Show Gameplay Videos
While there have been gameplay videos out for MLB 10: The Show since CES in early January those were all recorded off screen. Today the first directly produced look at gameplay has been released by two different outlets. The first clip runs just over a minute and features the Tigers @ Twins primarily focusing on Joe Mauer's at bat and the second is of a homerun review. The third has the same two teams but is over five minutes long. Continue on to check out the videos and leave your thoughts in...

With a firm release date of May 18th finally established it looks like the promotion for Backbreaker is finally starting to gear up. Earlier today the first in the line of video developer diaries made its way out via Gamespot. This one concentrates on the Euphoria engine as well as the third person camera system that is unique to Backbreaker.
The game has clearly advanced quite a bit since seeing it at E3 last year. On the topic of the camera though the most troublesome aspect comes from pl...
Trailer for MLB 2K10
2K Sports has released a brand new trailer for MLB 2K10. While I generally don't post up "sizzle" trailers, which are manufactured flash rather than offering much of actual substance, with not much else to go on how the game plays it is at least worth a watch until some gameplay videos hit. MLB 10: The Show Demoed in 3D
The first gameplay video of MLB 10: The Show came out of CES late last week. Being demoed at the same event were Sony prototype 3D TVs with a handful of their games including The Show. Obviously this video isn't going to display itself in 3D but it does offer an opportunity to get a look at it in action and listen to the comments of those in the room.
It's clear that this is a technology that will be integrated into games in the coming years as consumers adapt 3D capable TVs. What interest ...

UFC 2010 Undisputed Trailer
THQ unveiled the trailer for UFC 2010 Undisputed earlier this evening at the VGAs. It was introduced by Kimbo Slice and he is also seen in the footage. The general consensus seems to be that the clips of UFC 2010 look nearly identical to the previous version. The exception might be the glimpse of a fighter being pushed into the cage which wasn't utilized in 2009. On a year-to-year basis many wouldn't expect to see revolutionary advancements but coming off the first attempt the expectations h...
Madden NFL Arcade Impressions
I've always been a fan of arcade style games however with certain caveats. They have to be simple to play but still include some sort of strategy. With that they must eliminate any frustrating elements that comes from that strategy or from the simplified gameplay. Essentially the game needs to have an overriding fun feeling while still offering the opportunity to increase skill and outperform opponents.
This generation the best example of meeting those criteria came with The BIGS. More re...
