Dream Team Focus of Latest NBA 2K13 Trailer
2K Sports today released a new trailer for NBA 2K13 that centers on the Dream Team vs 2012 USA Olympic team. The entire Dream Team is featured after securing Scottie Pippen late, but no further details have been released on whether the two teams will be utilized in any manner beyond just playing each other in a one-off mode. NBA Live 13 Release Pushed Back But Not Cancelled Yet
In what will come as no surprise to those following NBA Live 13 developments over the summer EA Sports today confirmed with Kotaku that the game has for all intents and purposes been delayed indefinitely. It will not be releasing on the NBA mandated first Tuesday of October, as competitor NBA 2K13 will, and instead will move ahead with no official release date on the slate for the time being. NBA 2K13 MyCareer Mode Details
2K Sports today released a new developer video for NBA 2K13 going over the MyCareer mode which previously had been known as MyPlayer. The mode again starts with the Rookie Showcase and after that it's now possible to be drafted as high as #1. A Look at Kinect Integration for NBA 2K13
Though the voice command functionality with Kinect for Xbox 360 proved mostly forgettable and in some cases acted as a nuisance for Madden NFL 13 it should pay dividends when it comes to those sports with more continuous action like FIFA 13 and NBA 2K13.
