First Image of Adrianne Palicki as Wonder Woman

NBC has released the first official look at Adrianne Palicki in costume as Wonder Woman. The new series has been picked up for pilot from David E. Kelley (Chicago Hope, The Practice, Ally McBeal, Boston Legal). It is said to be a serious, non-campy reboot of the story and character. Palicki (Friday Night Lights) is set to play the iconic character as well as her alter-egos of billionaire CEO Diana Themyscira and her assistant Diana Prince.

For a show that is going to be heavily scrutinized this initial image is not getting it off on the right foot. It is getting widely panned across the internet. I like Palicki but its going to be hard taking Wonder Woman seriously if this is the final look they decide to go with.
