NBC is the next in line following Fox in their announcement of plans for the upcoming broadcast season. Of note are the cancellations of The Event and Law & Order: Los Angeles, along with the renewals of Harry’s Law, Parenthood, and Chuck – which will get a fifth and final season with a 13 episode run. Word still hasn’t come down on the comedy Outsourced which is considered to be on the bubble and more likely to be canceled than not (update: its cancelled). The Office, Parks and Recreation, Community, and 30 Rock had all been renewed a while back.

The biggest news though was the network deciding not to pick up Wonder Woman for series which has been buzz-worthy but for all the wrong reasons. The show was passed on by all the other networks before NBC decided to produce the pilot, the costume was widely criticized, and test screenings of the pilot elicited negative reaction.
