Trailer for NBA Jam: On Fire Edition

EA Sports has released a trailer for NBA Jam: On Fire Edition that runs through many of the new features and improvements that will accompany the digital download release. Coming in October the game will go for $15 through XBLA and PSN.

The new features in question are essentially ones that were expected out of the retail release last year and that has led to apathy or worse reaction towards this offering from many consumers. Things like “Team Fire” and “Tag Mode”, online campaign, competent AI, and roster updates will now be included. Ironically having roster updates this time around may not matter given the lockout and likelihood that part of the season – if not the entirety – will be lost.
