NHL 94 Gameplay Footage from NHL 14

Gamespot has posted a lengthy gameplay video from NHL 14 featuring the NHL 94 mode that was announced last week. The new mode takes the current day gameplay minus the rules and tacks on ’94 style touches such as the blue ice, stars under players, sound effects, and control scheme. Inexplicably however the mode won’t be playable online.
More than just checking out how the NHL 94 mode looks is an opportunity to assess other areas such as general presentation, commentary, celebrations, intros, and menus.
