What Are Your Purchase Plans for The Sports Games Releasing Twice This Year?

For those who plan on buying the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One besides having that decision to make another issue presents itself in the transition from the current generation to the next. A number of franchises are releasing their latest title for the Xbox 360 and PS3 only to deliver them again on the PS4 and One within months or even a few short weeks.

That is the case for two games from EA Sports and one from 2K Sports. Madden NFL 25, FIFA 14, and NBA 2K14 all face the challenge of not just providing justification for the products as they stand on their own but attempting to convince as many as possible that they should buy both. That leaves consumers who will be getting a new console to decide whether they should wait for the next-gen version, feel satisfied with the current-gen one, or spend time with it on 360/PS3 only to start over on the One/PS4 later.

For those of you planning to get one or both next-gen consoles what is your thinking on how you’ll approach the three sports games in question? Are EA’s plans to transfer Ultimate Team content and possibly more from one to the next influencing any of your decisions? Vote in the polls and leave your thoughts in the comments!
