The latest updates to Rocket League

Including one that just went live today there have been two significant patches for Rocket League to go out within the last week. With the game finally coming to Xbox One on Wednesday, and popularity still extremely high for those on PS4 and PC, the fantastic post-release support remains extremely relevant. A new season for online has begun, new arenas are available, and a number of bugs have been addressed. 

New Content
Ranked play Season 1 has ended. Rewards given to all ranked participants bronze or above.
Ranked Season 2 play has begun (renamed to “Competitive Season 2″)
The “Rocket Labs” experimental playlist is now available for casual Online play
“Wasteland” arena has been added to Competitive Playlists
“Snow Day” can now be played in Private Matches
New Item Rarity system introduced, “Common”, “Uncommon” items found after matches
“Quick Chat Only” filter has been added to Text Chat options
Performance has been improved in multiple Arenas
(BETA) Player Reporting feature has been added
Implemented ban system for players who alter game files for unfair advantage in online play

Bug Fixes
Skill Rating calculation fixed on League Rankings screen, now accurately reflects MMR
Fixed issue that caused Ranked Reconnect popup to appear improperly during gameplay
Fixed issue that caused players to lose input in the Muting menu
Competitive games are now properly labeled on the in-game score card
Players will no longer incorrectly appear to be in a party on the scoreboard
Fixed issue that allowed Ballcam to be enabled/disabled erroneously in post game screen
(PS4) Players can once again view their old replay files
(PS4) Text Chat keybinding has returned to the Controls menu
(PC) Fixed issue that displayed party members cars incorrectly in the main menu
(PC) Fixed issue with how the Max FPS slider capped frame rate
(PC) Fixed issue causing users w/ large Steam Friend Lists to experience graphical hitches
