Vote for the highlight clip contest winner

There were a ton of submissions for the NCAA Football 08 highlight clip contest and narrowing it down to only five was extremely tough to do. I went back and forth on several of them. In some ways I don’t feel satisfied with this top five because there were some really cool clips that I had to leave out. But I said I would trim it to five final candidates to be voted upon, and that is what I have done.

Ultimately I ended up taking a handful that had some sort of variation to them. There is a run, an INT, two long pass TDs, and an INT turned fumble turned TD. Thanks to everyone who entered. I plan on having more contests in the near future.

Continue on to view the candidates and vote on your favorite! Voting will end on Thursday night at 8PT/11ET.

Woah! #3 was awesome! That was a “one handed” interception returned for a touchdown.

I’m going to have to go with #3 on this one!

it’s a toss up between da U highlight (i’m a little biased since I’m a Canes fan) and the double pass. I think I’m going to go with the Miami hightlight..sorry.

Loved #2 and #5. Had to go with #5 because I’ve tried that play several times with no success lol.

yuck I dont really like the first one because it looks like the setting is on varsity or something with all the broken tackles. If there was some broken ankles or spin moves in there I’d go with that but without its kinda bland.

I’m going with #2, I like the unpredictability.

I like number two the best. It was a heck of a TD.

Two, sweet touchdown. I love the LIONS! WE ARE PENN STATE!

Does anyone know the level of the first video? It looks like it is on freshmen. Near the end the running back slows down just to get another break tackle. I dont know. Two is cool.

    Javarius James FTW!

the penn st was the best. the miami run was good, but unrealistic and stupid to break every single tackle attempt. he’s a good back, but come on now….too many broken tackles in this years game so that drops you down. plus, you don’t see an interception, then fumble, then touchdown on the same play hardly ever.

hey guys, I voted for two. One is good but you can’t break that many tackles on a high level. Like nationofvols, you dont see a INT TO FUMBLE TO TD ever.
