Here is the first full game of NFL Tour with the Bears going up against the Vikings. Adrian Peterson has an insane run right at the end of the first half that has to be seen. I’ll have that in replay mode for an upcoming highlight video I’ll do for him. This game was played on the difficulty one above the default, which as I’ve noted previously provides a more balanced and enjoyable experience as the default is rather easy.

One common question I’ve gotten regards the rosters and whether you can switch players into different positions. Well for the life of me I can’t even find a way to view or change the rosters. I’ve tried everything I can think of. If there really is no way to change them, then I don’t understand why the roster list came out with guys who aren’t playable in the game. Devin Hester would be an example of someone that wouldn’t be able to be brought in. He’s not on the field at all.

I have a few more games recorded and ready to go later tonight and tomorrow morning, then I’ll get into some of the more highlight type videos. I spent some time playing a buddy of mine head-to-head and he enjoyed the game a lot too. Continue on to watch the Bears vs Vikings videos as broken down by half.

The audio sounds somewhat distorted in the recordings, not sure why, but I didn’t feel like messing around with it right now.

Thank you man, I’ve been wanting to see my Vikings play.

That five yard conversion attempt by Adrian was awesome. I really like the reversal feature the have in the game.

BTW, why is Rex so fast? LOL

yeah, I user picked a couple against my buddy. Sometimes things move a little to quick to do that though especially on offense.

You’re kidding me, there has to be a way to pick you’re own rosters. That would be really disappointing. NFL Street let you pick, Please find a way Pasta!

It does look a lot faster in these videos than for PS3. Also are these videos against someone or the computer.

After these videos i am definitely picking up the game tomorrow. I still dont understand the throwoff situation, Hester should be back there..not Muhammad or Benson.

And I am surprised how many tackles Muhammad broke on that first drive. Pasta is advertising this game as a fun head to head game, and it looks like he is right.

Thanks for all of your work pasta

Another lousy variation on the same tired Madden engine. The only good thing I can say about EA Sports is Fight Night.

I’ll list out some of the options tomorrow. But I do know that you can turn off the slow motion and zoom-in. Sliders I’ll check on but I dont remember seeing.

The first half video proves this game is rubbish. Everyone knows that Troy Williamson can’t catch the ball.

I used to like Troy, too. Then I realized that no matter how much work they do (they’ve even had the kid’s EYES checked!!) he still can’t perform in a game situation. There’s no doubt the kid has talent but if that talent doesn’t deliver when it needs to (2 wide open dropped passes in a playoff implication game and who knows how many dropped during the season) he needs to be cut from the team.

Frankly, I was surprised they didn’t send his ass packing the following Monday. If Brian Billick gets fired from the Ravens that fast, Troy Williamson should have been on the free agent bus/trade block before the Vikings last game was over.
