This was new to me but all the same I found it very entertaining. A video showing what was dubbed the “Jesus Glitch” from Tiger Woods 08 was posted almost a year ago on Youtube. You can watch that here if you so choose. In promotion for Tiger Woods 09 EA Sports has released a new commercial in response to that video. This is definitely worth a watch!

Pretty much can guarantee that commercial will be pulled before it hits the mainstream- it’s a great commercial, but pretty sacreligeous. Not trying to start a holy war or anything..haha..I’m ok with it, I’m just saying.

That was quite genius on their part. Way to turn a negative into a positive. Well done EA.
Now fix your glitches before you release games!
August 21, 2008 at 12:42 pm
That makes you want to get the game.
August 21, 2008 at 1:03 pm
That was one of the most hilarious and innovative commercials I’ve seen in a long time!
August 21, 2008 at 1:47 pm
so EA can make a half a$$ game full of glitches and spend time and money to make a commercial about it instead of fixing it, y’all would be happy. Keep those glitches and commercials coming EA cuz There’s a sucker born every minute.

@ Mike
So the marketing department is suppose to sit on their thumbs while the developers fix bugs? You and some of the readers on this site have no clue about a running a “business”.
