Early Fight Night Round 4 Footage

At a recent Gamestop convention there were some game previews shown for upcoming titles. One of them, as introduced by EA Sports president Peter Moore, being Fight Night Round 4. In the US the Fight Night franchise has become the biggest seller and most sure thing for EA Sports behind Madden.
The footage is pretty impressive especially considering the game is still about six months off from release. Continue on to view the video of the game in action along with voice over description of some of the improvements to look forward to.

fight night round 1 was the best. you could actually see the whole boxer from head to toe as ur fighting. round 4 looks like its still from the waist up. which sucks.

The game’s graphics look incredible. Its actually the one of the only great games that EA makes, next to FIFA and NHL. FNR4 is gonna be crazy. I mean R3 was already pretty good in 2006, so im just wondering how this is gonna be.

I sure hope EA adds robes (customizeable), more custom options on trunks and gloves, and custom tracks to be used for your fighter’s entrance….
Also, can’t wait to use Tyson….

Hey Patsa when exactly do this game drop? I seen some sites that say March 2nd 2009 and other sites say June 16th 2009 and one site (think it was IGN) had a release date of Dec 31st 2009! WTF? Man this game better come out ASAP! March soinds good but i hope they move that shit up man! Yo they should bring it out before this christmas!!

Ain’t no way son! It’s gonna be TYSON! Book that sh*t baby! Tyson on the cover is an automatic sell because then even the casual boxing fans will buy it! Plus EA ain’t stupid. That’s all good man but i hope they get the GAMEPLAY right before anything else! That doggone Prizefighter was so bad that it was ridiculous! I tried to warn them fools over at the 2K boards but they booted me off of there because i spoke the truth son! The damn game was a piece of crap and i saw it early! Yeah man but everything you listed would be cool, especially the custom music for ringwalks! Can you imagine Tyson entering the ring to some PAC? AMBITIONZ OF A RIDAH? HAIL MARY? TOSS IT UP? DAMMMMMMMMM!!!! Prizefighter had the weakest ringwalk music i ever seen yo!! Man i think they even had Sesame Street!! LMAO!!!!
