NCAA Basketball 09 Demo Coming Next Week

I have been informed that the demo for NCAA Basketball 09 will be out for both the PS3 and 360 next Thursday, November 6th. That means it’ll be available nearly two weeks ahead of the release date for the game (Tuesday 11/18). This should present a good chance to experience the much touted tempo feature as well as offer an opportunity for those abandoned by College Hoops to try the game out without any risk.

The demo will consist of two match-ups: Kentucky vs Tennessee and 1979 Michigan State vs 1982 North Carolina. Hopefully it doesn’t consist of multiple, frustratingly short quarters which makes it impossible to get a feel for the game.

I’ll give it a chance, the demo is an important part of whether I’ll be buying it or not.

Yeah man I don’t know what it is with these 2 minute quarters in these demos. They should give you a little more time than that to let you really get into the game.

I hope the players in the game at least somewhat resemble players in real life. It takes away from the realism when the players in the game look nothing like the players in real life. At least in College Hoops 2K the players looked real.

LMAO The players faces in College Hoops were worst the Ncaa Basketball 09. Get College Hoops 2k8 out of your head. The game was last year, this is this year. And g o ahead and keep playing 2k8 there about 40 ppl online a day. And get the rosters, but you can’t use them online, so go ahead have fun playing dynasty with last years schedules.

The funny part is im not a Ea fanboy, but you have never played this game so why even compare it to 2k, (that game is no longer in existence) this game isnt even MM08, it is a new fresh bb game with excellent ideas( if implemented right).

Does anybody know if they have finally added Vanderbilt’s Memorial Gym? Vanderbilt has been a Top 25 team the past couple of years so it’s time to make them look good.
