- The February edition of Game Informer includes a preview of Fight Night Round 4. A good recap of the preview can be found here.
- Another patch for NHL 09 is on the way and should be out sometime in February. It is intended to fix the attribute boosting along with making other improvements to gameplay.
- The achievements for 3 on 3 NHL Arcade can now be found here. The downloadable game is set to come out early next month.
- Some new gameplay footage has come out for UFC 2009 Undisputed. You can check out the one that features Rich Franklin here and Dan Henderson here. What do you think of how the game looks from these videos? Tough for me to get a good feel for it. Seems a little rigid and methodical but when the action is going quick it appears to flow better.

Pasta why no patches are made to fix problems in games when another patch is needed?? example too many interceptions on Ncaa football 09??? And also on what happened to the 1 aa teams they use to have on the game along time ago????

Two main reasons. At some point they have to totally shift their focus to the next year's product. But also that MS/Sony only allow for one free patch. They have to pay a hefty sum to even get that second patch, and then they aren't allowed any more.

Ahh thanks. Intresting to know. But you didnt answer my question about the Division 1AA team?? Is it a problem to get too may teams in the game or a license problem???

I think that's more of a priority type thing, just not high enough on the list.

Thanks Pasta. I would understand because 1AA doesn't play on tv much, but it would be nice to have the teams. I hate playing mid west on my schedule.

ufc 2009 looks pretty sick! i mean the graphics are AMAZING and the gameplay looks alright… im definetely going to get it or rent it first, but all in all im pretty hyped for this game and UFC93 Tonight!

about UFC: where's the blood or facial bruising? It loses realism with these elements lacking.

Mark, I agree. The graphics look great, but lack realism when the character's face doesn't sho expression. There were times where a guy was down, getting pounded and his face shows the same blank expression. If anything, that comes across robotic and jittery.
I think that's the challenge now with these graphics being spot on. The more you see, the more you see.

If thats what the actual i ngame will look like, and its not enhanced, then those are some amazing graphics. Even just decent gameplay will make this a winner.
