why cant my eagles actually do something good during the off-season
March 2, 2009 at 11:47 pm
Because what good was there and don't start naming wrs and skill positions.
We need offensive line help not a wr, we also need another tight end and a big back other than that were good.
March 4, 2009 at 2:53 am
They got u a RT that's about it lol. They should have got T.J or go get Coles or something.
March 2, 2009 at 11:33 pm
they did, they let dawkins and sheppard go…lol!
March 2, 2009 at 11:35 pm
man if weve got Houshmanzadeh now that probably means we wont try to get Crabtree anymore
March 2, 2009 at 11:43 pm
I think Crabtree is still the top option unless they can trade down. Gotta have a WR for the future, Housh probably won't make it the whole five year contract…its probably structured more for 3 years.
Housh-Crabtree-Branch-Burleson & Carlson…that is a scary passing offense.
March 2, 2009 at 11:48 pm
Were still going to need a quarterback for the future though.

How about a running game? Something that has lacked since the Super Bowl season…..
I would like to see Seattle pick up Javon Ringer. The man is small but he is strong as an ox and he is durable. I know a lot of people like Beanie Wells but for a big man he cannot take punishment….

A strong running game will help open up the passing game…

Matt is not that old man don't have to worry about that now. You see the Colts thinking like that or the pats.
March 4, 2009 at 4:28 am
What are you talking about "COLTS!!!!!!!" ????
March 3, 2009 at 1:34 am
when you put it like that if i were a defence that was gonna b playing seahawks id b pretty scared lol thats a very nice sounding passing attack and with hass healthy it could b quite deadly.
But you still have to agree that with the signing of housh and with tim ruskell's unpredictability it does make getting Crabtree seem a bit more unlikely
March 2, 2009 at 11:57 pm
Seattle brought Mark Sanchez in for a workout the other day. Ruskell does like his USC players so he could be an option.

Shit, T.J a seahawk
March 2, 2009 at 4:23 pm
Why can’t the my bengals do something right for a change
March 3, 2009 at 12:32 am
Being a New Yorker, am i the only one thats extremely pleased with both of my teams making some good moves? My only concern is with the signing of Chris Canty the Gs are gonna have to put him at DT cause he not starting over Osi or Justin… All we need now is a WR or 2 and we should be back to SuperBowl shape… not to mention Philly is not in contention anymore, Dallas is clearly only a TV show and Washington is spending too much money on 2 players that wont handle the pressure of a big contract.
As for the Jets, I think we will have the number 4-7 Defense in the League
March 3, 2009 at 12:38 am
Canty WILL be playing DT for the Giants. He was a 3-4 DE, which translates to being a 4-3 DT. He was going to play inside the whole time, and it rumored to be taking Barry Cofield's place as the #2 guy.
March 3, 2009 at 12:57 am
i can live with that… Tuck – Canty – Robbins – Osi. Thats dangerous. Lets see how the LBs and DBs pan out with Boley now here… and does Kiwanuka go back to LB? Do we re-sign Butler at safety? Whats gonna happen with Sammy Knight and Sam Madison? Either way with 2 WR and a 3rd down back we should be good
March 3, 2009 at 2:05 am
i think kiwanuka stays at DE
rotate a new guy in every play
freshest group of DL in the league
March 3, 2009 at 2:49 pm
Kiwi is going to stay at DE its been confirmed.
We will rotate our Line with Tuck Osi Kiwi. Then DE Robbins Canty Bernard. Tuck also coming inside to DT on downs. They will keep them fresh as we learned last year you can never have too many D-lineman.
Knight and Madison got axed, dockery and butler are free agents are most likely gone unless the price is right. Phillps will be stepping in.
March 3, 2009 at 4:00 am
and we still wont see any respect in Madden……….Same old story for the jets
March 3, 2009 at 12:53 am
I am originally from Michigan but grew up a Hawks fan. I moved to Ohio back in 1996 and have watched the Bengals go from a laughing stock to a contender and then backstep toward mediocrity so I know what you mean.
The Bengals should have kept TJ and traded Chad Johnson. I like Chad but he is turning into a TO mini-me. The Bengals also need defense…..
March 3, 2009 at 1:50 am
NYG got a steal with Chris Canty
March 5, 2009 at 5:13 am
whats your opinion on the release of TO
and are you willing to bet that al davis will try to bring him to oakland
March 3, 2009 at 2:10 am
Pasta, can you pretend my beloved Bills are actually making good moves and put up a picture of us with our awesome new backup QB!!! Sometimes I feel like we aren't even in the NFL.
…and as for Crabtree…I hope he slips to #11……rrrrrrright!!!
March 3, 2009 at 3:53 am
Didn't you guys pick-up John Kitna?
March 3, 2009 at 3:52 am
We should trade down to pick up Sanchez late, and get another player in return for the 4th overall pick.
March 3, 2009 at 4:02 am

March 4, 2009 at 1:23 am
Too Bad T.J.'s number is 18 not 84.
March 4, 2009 at 4:30 am
Peyton and Tom B. are a lot younger that Hasselbeck.
March 4, 2009 at 9:40 am
Okay so nate washington signing for 6 years 27 million isnt good enough to make the cut? and jovon haye who is last rated a 87 in madden 09 higher then canty, cole, bernard. All im saying is I think nate wahsington is a bigger signing then collin cole
March 4, 2009 at 5:36 pm
yea and why do Canty and Bernard both wear #99?
March 4, 2009 at 10:02 pm
t.j. is number 18 not 84 for the hawks

March 6, 2009 at 1:09 am
naw
he gets hurt frequently
should be good for you guys though
March 6, 2009 at 7:13 pm
i might actually use the Seahawks now because they have a good passing offense and more than solid defense, they could use some work at the RB position, but if you know what you're doing and have good stick control, you can deal with Julius Jones…..
