Creating and then keeping current over 150 stadiums is a monumental task. The latest posting on the Inside EA Blog details the alterations made to the stadiums and the new ones that have been added for NCAA Football 10. Included are comparison screens and some fly-over videos. You can check it all out here.

To fans of the teams in question this posting is certainly significant. The authenticity of stadiums is a big thing to fans and it’s good to see the NCAA team detailing out the work they’ve done in that area.

NCAA is going to suck this year. Nothing but graphical improvements and other fluffy crap. No real gameplay changes to speak of. Madden 09.5 is all NCAA is.

LoL helping EA overhype this game Pasta. Madden is making great improvements with the community this year while the only news on NCAA is about weak stuff like post nets, goal post socks, bleachers, Erin Andrews(adding a hot broadcaster won't help), and tipped passes. What a true dissapointment this years installment of NCAA Football is going to be. I laugh that you can support this. But dont worry guys they have switch conferences for online and offline dynasties. You can sway recruits away from rival schools. RECRUITING WAS A JOKE THIS WILL MAKE IT ONLY EASIER. But NCAA WILL BE VOTED THE BEST GAME THIS YEAR BECAUSE IT IS MADE BY EA AND HAS ONLINE DYNASTY. ALSO IF I AM CORRECT NCAA 09 HAD GLITCHES WHEN IT 1ST CAME OUT THAT MADE IT TERRIBLE AND IT HAD ROBO QB. #1 GAME OF THE YEAR REALLY.

All these stadium visual improvements don't amount to a hill of beans if the players still run up and down the field like they've got a broom handle shoved up their ars. It's just another example of how useless fluff is treated over important gameplay and feature improvements.

I love that we now have a new pressbox at Illinois and all they chose to showcase was the scoreboard we have in the other endzone. I hope that doesn't mean they didn't upgrade our press box.

Excellent job. The MAC schools look awesome with Central Michigan's stadium which sits underground and Bowling Green. In Bowling Green's stadium, you can see a water tower off in the distance which is an excellent touch because this water tower exists. You can see the stadium and water tower from I-75…..

I am wondering if Michigan Stadium, which is under renovation, will be updated as well….

that is great. Question is do you have an idea of what you will see when you go on Thursday Pasta? It looks like EA is making great moves this year with getting the community's opinion allowing the madden kids to play it and let you and others see it on Thursday. It shows EA cares about what we think. Hopefully the news out of the event will be great. I will be checking Thursday night after work to see if it is posted. Im excited about Madden and NCAA

Instead of perfecting sidewalls of stadiums that are nearly perfect already, how about putting Minnesota's brand new TCF Bank Stadium in the game? I don't care if it's not complete yet. Do it off an artist's rendering and update it again in the future. I will boycott this game because they took time to build great renditions of the TROY and U of BUFFALO stadiums instead of actually doing something worthwhile. What a joke!

I'm speculating here…but isn't it a bit of a stretch (and not to mention inauthentic) to expect them to put Minnesota in a stadium that doesn't currently exist to host games???

do you actually OWN MLB 2K9? because if you do, then there's no way you can say that game deserves a 4/5, 4/10 yes…but DEFINITELY NOT a 4/5. You can't even tag up on the game. I was playing today and my guy was rounding 2nd (ball was at the wall) and he just stopped and turned around inexplicably and then tried to get to 3rd and was thrown out. I didn't even have the controller in my hands, it did it all by itself.

this is the worst sports video game I have ever played in my life and it's not even close

PASTA! supposedly erin andrews leaked the coverboys for the game

In a video posted on the game's Web site today, Andrews posits that Percy Harvin (from her alma mater, Florida), Texas Tech's Michael Crabtree and possible future Detroit Lion Matthew Stafford will be among those to grace the cover.

It's really unbelievable that Northwestern, a Big 10 school, still gets a generic stadium. That's ridiculously inexcusable.
