Franchise mode. Anything and everything Franchise mode. How much better is the off-season? Does the progression/degression actually seem realisitic? What about the draft? Free Agency? The only reason I play Madden and I won't buy this year's unless the Franchise is actually improved as much as EA is claiming.

Last year it was supposed to be leaps and bounds better, so I'm a bit skeptical. Thanks pasta! Go Hawks!

No one has given us an in depth look at progression in season mode.

Would be awesome to get a sample of how players progress over 3-5 simulated seasons, noticeable increases and falls.

Even start 2 franchises and see if players progress the same, in Madden 09 each new franchise you started you always knew which players would progress after 1 season and by how much, that was the worst.

"Players progress the most in the first three or four years of their careers. Once they reach the age of 30 or 31, they’ll start dropping in attributes like speed and agility. That’s when you should start thinking about replacing them with a younger player."
I got that straight from NFL.com Madden portion in tips and strategy. I know you want a more in depth look at progression but that should help a little.

played the demo. . . .its complete GARBAGE!. . .its looks great but the control over the players is terrible compared to last year. it feels like 2008 which was slightly better than 2007 but just too robotic. the qb can not move at all within he pocket unless you sprint out of it. the receivers almost break down to a complete stop to make a cut. it feels like you have absolute zero control of the overall defence and im sorry but to see running backs blow demarcus ware back 5 yards from one push on every single play is just rediculous, regardless of who your favorite team is. the cut scenes of players are terrible becaust their faces arfe over the top cartoony with exagerated features. the running game is a complete crap shoot, its not based on any skill what so ever and thats only IF your play doesnt get blown up in the backfield every run. . . . they focused way too much on the appearance of the game and making sure every player has a towel coming out of their crotch than actually focus on the gameplay. . . .2007 for xbox 360 is the worst madden i have ever played (worse than 1993) this game ( or atleast the demo) . . . for all its build up . . . is a huge dissappointment.

......... and what james forgot to mention is: " Oh yeah, and I will be first in line to pick up my copy at the midnight launch......LOL"

I want to know if there is a difference between the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions this year? Last years versions were pretty similar if not the exact same. Personally, I think the Xbox 360 Maddens tend to have sharper graphics. Let us know which version runs better.
