The demo for NBA Live 10 is now available for the 360. It will be out for the PS3 next Thursday the 17th. The demo entails two, four minute quarters with a rematch of the NBA Finals as the Orlando Magic visit the Los Angeles Lakers with adjustable difficulty levels. There is also the “Hangar” where you can shoot around and practice the controls.
Feel free to leave your thoughts on the demo in the comments. Check out the blog from EA which features detailed listings of the controls and features that can be experimented with in the demo. I’ll be posting up impressions and HD videos this evening.

I tried it. It feels ok. It's still a blockfest. The score after 8 minutes was crazy. Very good arcade basketball if that is your thing. Try again Wang Chung! Maybe next year.

i think it is much improved over 09 but still feels a little jerky sometimes. players glide across the floor a little bit to much. the one thing which i thought looked good was the shooting style of lebron james was down to the T. the crowd felt very alive which is a much big improvement over last year. all and all i must say this is better than last years but of course we cant tell until we get the full retail version next month. as of now i may buy it off ebay a week after it comes out, thats what i did last year and got a new copy for 30$. well worth it

Im sorry but based on the demo it's still the same as last years game. Players still slide into position and dribble backwards on inbound passes from the baseline. The Controls are different and not in a good way. The players look good but not great. The game still has it's cartoon run-gun arcade feel to it. I just don't know if there's hope. I'll play it a bit more but just not sure. I like how in the Hanger YAO and NASH don't get to play, ha!
